The celebrations of Japanese jeweller Mikimoto’s newest flagship boutique at Ion Orchard were testament that pearls are truly timeless classics. Guests were invited to discover the illustrious history of the luxury brand as well as the latest high jewellery pieces. The event was officiated by Mikimoto president Hitoshi Yoshida and guest of honour Stefanie Sun.

Also in April, jeweller to Singapore’s most prominent ladies, Sara Taseer launched her Spring/Summer collection, Minaret, amidst the cosy environs of Corner House at the Singapore Botanic Gardens. Over delectable gastronomic fare by chef Jason Tan, the coterie of well-clad ladies indulged in their love for jewellery, and discovered the architecture-inspired collection of tasselled necklaces and earrings.
