President of the Chinese Women’s Association (CWA), Betty Chen, welcomed some 200 guests to the ballroom of the Conrad Centennial Singapore for an afternoon that showcased a kids’ lion dance, best-dressed fashion show, sensational songbirds, face-changing performance and plenty of photo-taking for keepsakes—all to ring in a prosperous Year of the Horse.
