Renowned Italian artist Cristiano Pintaldi made his exclusive Asian debut in Singapore with a preview cocktail reception held at the Partners & Mucciaccia Modern & Contemporary Art Gallery at Gillman Barracks.
Hosted by gallery owners and directors Valter Spano, Massimiliano Mucciaccia and Reza Safavi, the event saw Pintaldi's exhibit of works titled Suspended Animations, while offering guests the likes of Olga Iserlis and Monica Rufina some insight into the laborious techniques behind his artfully composed images that utilise the use of only three colours — red, green and blue — to create a series of optical illusion paintings that were truly a sight to behold.
