German precision met Brazilian sensibility when Gaggenau collaborated with The Kitchen at Bacchanalia for an intimate dinner that saw Peggy Jeffs, Junie Lam and Emily Piak among the guests invited. The five-course meal was prepared by the Michelin-starred restaurant's former head chef Ivan Brehm, who has since left to move back home to Brazil for a sabbatical and is succeeded by Australia-born Luke Armstrong, and comprises interesting dishes with hamachi, coconut risotto, Bafun uni and cocoa pasta, and succulent meats.
