The UBM-organised Singapore Jewellery & Gem Fair this year hosted over 200 exhibitors from 21 countries, showcasing some 60,000 pieces of jewellery at Sands Expo and Convention Centre at Marina Bay Sands. Singapore Tatler invited ladies with a soft spot for all that sparkles to view the creations over cocktails and canapes on day one of the fair. A fashion show featuring the most lavish suites from the exhibition whetted the ladies’ appetites, and they soon took off to pick some pieces for themselves.
