German watchmaker A. Lange & Söhne held the second instalment of its Connoisseurs' Akademie series at Cookyn Inc, a chic culinary class venue.

Instead of having guests try their hand at watchmaking, this time guests were handed aprons and indulged in cake decorating, whisking sorbet and shucking oysters.

After dinner came the highlight of the evening – the presentation of A. Lange & Söhne’s 2014 novelty collection, featuring pieces like The Richard Lange Perpetual Calendar Terra Luna, and the Grand Lange 1 Moonphase.
